The Risks of a Testicular Biopsy

A Testicular biopsy may be used to assist your doctor in resolving your infertility issues.

If you have any of the following symptoms, see your doctor:

Bleeding at the biopsy site soaks the bandage


Hematoma is the medical term for a Blood Clot (a collection of blood under the skin)


The scrotum is inflamed or swelling in a serious way


Chills or a fever


Internal injury to the testicles or adjacent tissues is also a possibility.
